MyWellness App is a free app that you can download via Apple App Store or Android.
All you need to do is register and you are able to view the class timetable, then book in from there up to 7 days in advance.

Circuits - A session based in the multi-functional area using the RIG, kettlebells, power bags, TRX suspension, swiss balls, medicine balls, plyo boxes and/or any additional equipment the individual instructor wishes to add. This class is designed to benefit all fitness levels.
HIIT Circuits – A shorter more intense circuits style class that is faster paced, using plyometric body weight exercises for an all-round body workout. This class is designed to benefit all fitness levels.
Fitness On Demand (FOD) - is our virtual alternative to group exercise with sessions pulled from all corners of the fitness world with a virtual instructor. Feel free to choose your own workout at the touch of a button whenever the studio is available (outside of the scheduled classes). Full Body Conditioning - A gym floor based session designed to encourage all fitness levels to learn about technique, free weights, functional movements and compound exercises; in-turn providing you with the knowledge to design your own unique full body workout. *Please note: this session will provide you with a full body workout to improve overall strength & conditioning*
Group Cycle – isa challenging, fun and motivating indoor cycling experience through connectivity. It is one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness, is low impact and suitable for all fitness levels.
Group Cycle (Connect) – Are classes powered by your motion, you can sign into the Console via Qr Code, Bluetooth Smart or NFC technology linked to your MyWellness account. Cadence (RPM), power output (Watts with +/-2% accuracy), Kilocalorie consumption and speed are just some of the trackable data available thanks to the Wi-fi console.
LesMills BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic and agility movements like running, lunging, jumping and ladder runs with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Instructors’ will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
LesMills BODYBALANCE™is a Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates based workout that will improve your mind, your body and your life. LesMills BODYCOMBAT™ (FOD) is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout, is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
LesMills BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to give you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

LesMills SH'BAM™ (FOD) is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. It is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
