Are you worried about all those gains going down the drain this festive period? Follow our top tips to keeping the pounds off this Christmas:

Turn a family board game into a festive walk

  1. Put everything on one plate (we’re all guilty of overeating finger food!)
  2. Have a glass of water in between every drink & swap out the sugary drinks – it’ll help keep you hydrated and feeling fuller for longer
  3. Squeeze a workout wherever possible, even if it’s only 15 minutes
  4. Eat before you go out – get your healthy meal in before you start drinking and feel the urge to graze all night
