March Zoom Classes
Whilst the countdown is on for gyms reopening (HOORAY!), we want to keep you moving and motivated while our doors are still shut.
The official countdown until we can reopen our doors in England!
We'll continue to run a timetable of online Zoom classes, with some of your favourite instructors, starting Monday 15th March.

Mon, 7:30am - HIIT with Andy - class link
Mon, 6pm - HIIT with Tanya - class link
Tue, 12:30pm - Kickbox HIIT with Maisy - class link
Tue, 6pm - Stretch with Hayley - class link
Wed, 7:30am - HIIT with Ashley - class link
Wed, 6pm - Strength with Tanya (weights needed!) - class link
Thu, 6pm - Yoga with Hayley - class link
Sat, 9am - HIIT with Tanya - class link
Sun 10am (4th April) Spin with Snap Fitness Milton Keynes in aid of Henry Allen. £5 donation to the Henry Allen Trust. Spin bikes or alternative required. Class link
What will you need?
Click on the link above just before your workout is due to start
Have a mat, towel and water bottle ready
Keep your cameras on for all workouts so our trainers can give you some tips (if you feel comfortable!)
