Since I was a teenager, Health and fitness has always been a huge passion of mine.
It is my mission to empower others to understand that heath is more than just the body, it encompasses physical mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Being fit and healthy does not have to complicated and my personal health journey has inspired me to help others overcome barriers that stop us from getting results.
It is very easy to get confused and overwhelmed by all the conflicting information out there when it comes to nutrition and exercise, often leading to inaction and dissatisfaction.
I am passionate about helping my clients make health and fitness fun and sustainable for life, steering away from spending hours at the gym and sticking to restrictive diets to get results.
I am a firm believer of small and sustainable lifestyle changes that go beyond the plate and the food that we eat. I practice a holistic approach to health, fitness and wellness which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
