Please BOOK in at reception prior to the class. Classes have a max of 10 people, so first in first served :) 

Class definitions:

Anisa’s Transforming Movement- Bodyweight-only workout that combines functional movements with high intensity cardiovascular training for a full body burn. If our muscles and joints stop moving, over time the body loses its ability to move. So, let’s get our bodies moving!

Ray’s Razor Shred- Winter seems to be the most popular time of year where general public gain most of their weight. I will take you through an energetic workout specifically designed to increase your general fitness and agility as well as melt away that unwanted fat.

Luke’s 30/30 HIIT- If you're after a high intensity, competitive & functional 30 minute session, this is the class for you. You will be paired for a interval, circuit styled class!

Sam’s Fit To The Core- Long gone are the days of weak cores and loose abs. Welcome to a class designed specifically to tone and build core strength, through a variety of weighted and body-weight exercises. Challenge yourself to give it a try, and watch your midsection transform into the toned 6 pack you have always wanted!!
