Class definitions:

Anisa’s Transforming Movement- Bodyweight-only workout that combines functional movements with high intensity cardiovascular training for a full body burn. If our muscles and joints stop moving, over time the body loses its ability to move. So, let’s get our bodies moving!

Lyn's 30/15 Circuit - 30 minute express workout designed to spike your heart rate and increase your cardiovascular fitness! Fun, diverse and different every week. Suitable for all levels and perfect to boost your day!

Boxing CentralBoxing is challenging for all fitness levels and is a great way to increase your hand-eye co-ordination and just overall having fun smashing pads. You'll learn proper technique with footwork on the pads as well as conditioning exercises that most if not all elite boxers use.

Barbell ClubDesigned for those who are interested in demonstrating correct form using both the barbell and trap bar to accelerate their performance in the gym. Mastering these techniques within the basic lifts will be your catalyst to change in the gym environment. MAX 4 bookings per class.

Boot Camp with the boys  - Summer is coming!! What better way to start your Weekend than an outdoor bootcamp?! Building togetherness within the community. Join us EVERY Saturday 8/8:30 a.m. confirm with front desk as times change each week. This is a high intensity fun filled circuit
