SPIN CLASS

TOPRIDE from RADICAL FITNESS is an amazing and challenging indoor cycling programme created especially to satisfy the most demanding demands of all cycle lovers. Working aerobically in sessions 30mins, the buttocks and legs are maximally toned while improving the cardio circulatory and respiratory systems. these varied, fun and motivating classes and routines used in TOPRIDE help burn more than 450 calories per session and release stress quickly and effectively. each TOPRIDE class is unique and unforgettable experience.

HIIT

This class will bring multiple workouts to the table with 30 second intervals involving body weight workouts, dumbells and medicine balls to blast all major muscle groups. this will be high intensity! heavy breathing! pumping music! and the trainer helping and motivating every step of the way

CORE

Build your core strength and tone those abs and feel the burn with our core classes! 20-30 min of quality cire buiklding with our PT will leave you feeling refreshed! pumped! and confident to check those abs in the mirror! a few weeks of this with good nutrition will have you looking great, strong and motivated to push you harder

STRETCH

Flexibility is crucial for your overall health. increase your flexibility and range of motion to help you to perform ever day and sports specific activities. Being able to move a joint through its full range of motion gives you more freedom of movement. This stretch class will increase the blood flow to your muscles which can shorten your recovery and time and reduce muscle soreness
