Welcome to Blenheim's newest 24 Hour Access Gym!

Circuit

Our circuit class is taken by our Personal Trainer Liam. He utilizes our speed bikes and floor space to take members through a truly original half hour of group exercise. This class is designed for everyone as it can be catered to all fitness levels. The main focus of the class is to burn fat, build lean muscle and increase general fitness. The 30 minute class is split into two parts, it begins with a sprint class using our speed bikes, where you will perform intervals and support each other during these max efforts. It is then followed by a circuit going through different exercises. It’s one not to be missed!

Class costs $5, you do not have to be a member to join in!

 

Bootcamp

Similar to circuit, this 45 minute workout will burn fat, build lean muscle and increase general fitness and you don’t even have to be a member to join in!

Class costs $10, you do not have to be a member to join in!

 

Mums & Bubs

This class is designed for busy parents who want to get active but may not have the time, motivation or childcare to allow it. With our new play pen, you can bring bub to the gym with you and be taken through a workout with one of our amazing Personal Trainers. Designed to burn fat and build lean muscle this class is a must try!

Class is free to members or $10 to non members.

 

Box Fit / Kick Class

Our box fit and kick classes bring in our special guest instructor who is sure to get you sweating. Using conditioning styles from boxing and kick boxing this class allows you to have fun and get some frustrations out while getting an amazing workout. Our members that attend this class also enjoy the social aspect of the class as you get to work together through the classes. This class is perfect for those wanting to improve their fitness, gain power, speed, lose fat and gain lean muscle.

Class is free for members, $15 for non members.
