Frozen Summer Treat
WHOSE SAYS ICE - CREAM IS FOR SUMMER ONLY?
- 2 tbsp Crushed Walnuts
- 1 cup Strawberries
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 20 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Sliced Banana
Take the banana and slice into chunks, and slice the stems off the strawberries.
Place the fruit in a container and freeze.
Place in a food processor with the protein powder, cinnamon and maple syrup, and process until smooth and creamy. Add some water if needed.
Pour into a bowl, top with crushed walnuts, and dig in!
