Cheese on Crackers with a Twist
- 15 whole Brown Rice Crackers
- 25 g Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 1 small Green Apple
- 2 tsp Honey
Take the crackers and spread with feta cheese.
Slice the apple into 10 thins slices, then top each cracker with a slice of apple.
Finish with a small drizzle of honey, then dig in!
