A: We hate to see you go! You will need to contact your club directly to cancel your membership. Feel free to call, email or walk in during staffed hours and your club will assist you in their cancellation process. To find your club’s contact information click here.
A: Life gets busy - that's why we allow members to freeze their accounts. Contact your local club and a staff member will be able to assist you in this process.
A: These vary by location since each club is individually owned and operated. Contact your local club or go to the Find a Gym page and enter your zip code to search for your location. From there, you can view pricing for the type of membership you are inquiring about.
A: No worries, we got you! Your club can issue you a new card. Please contact your club during staffed hours to set up a time to get a new card.
A: Because our clubs handle your accounts and billing, it's important to be sure you are being helped by the club that you are attending most often. An automatic transfer will occur if you attend a specific club more often than your home club.
A: You can create a personal account at mysnapfitness.com and request a transfer from there.
A: Don't panic! Your access card will arrive in 7 - 10 business days. If you haven't received your card within that timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com and we will verify your mailing address.
A: Check with the club you signed up with. Each club is individually owned and operated so it reserves the right to allow or deny early access. Please contact your specific club to review your options.
A: Your 30 days start when your access card arrives in the mail. When you receive it, your card is fully activated and ready to use right away.
A: For online enrollment, we limit the 30-day Fit Pass to two per household. Please contact the local club you signed up with to see what other promotions apply.
A: Yes. When you sign up for a Fit Pass, you are auto-enrolled into a membership with your club after the 30 days are complete. You will receive emails throughout your 30-day Fit Pass, notifying you of your membership start date. If you do not wish to become a member, you will be directed to a link to cancel the auto-enroll membership. Even if you cancel your membership before your 30 days are up, you will still have full access to your club for the duration of the Fit Pass!
A: Not at all. Rest assured that you receive your full 30 days from the time you receive your access card in the mail. To take full advantage of your 30-day Fit Pass, use it right away!
A: BFFs (or Best Fitness Friends as we call them!) are allowed, but due to safety reasons, we request that your friend speak with club staff to obtain a guest pass. You will be charged for unauthorized visitors.

A: Clubs can offer different promotions that are "online only" or "in-store only." Please contact your local club to find out which offer is best for you.
