Zumba fun cardio dance class inspired by latin music and some pop songs.. great energy!

Boot Camp: Excellent circuit training military style.. cardio and strength training

Spinning: Indoor cycling class high energy utilizing a stationary bike and music. High calorie burn!

Butts & Gutts: Abdominal and Butt strengthening  for 30 minutes!

Cardio kickbox..  Cardio Kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing.

BodyPump is a weight-based group-fitness program, created and distributed globally by Les Mills International. Created in 1991 by Phillip Mills, it is now found in over 70 countries and 10,000 health-clubs and gyms worldwide.

Hip Hop: choreographed street dance moves to Hip hop music

Step: aerobic exercises and dance movements performed by stepping up onto and down from a rectangular block.
