Welcome to the Bitterroot Valley's finest fitness center!  Step into a non-intimidating, "Cheer's" friendly atmosphere.  We work hard to be the cleanest, friendliest gym in the Bitterroot Valley.

We specialize in getting our members results! All new members receive a complimentary fitness consultation from our personal trainer as well as a customized meal plan.

If you are having issues with weight loss, arthritis, or simply need to get off the couch, please come in for a quick 10 minute tour and see what we have to offer.
