WELCOME TO OUR CLUB

We are pleased to announce that Sarah Rice has been selected as our current Featured Member.  Sarah joined Snap FItness in May 2014, soon after she and her husband had moved to Birdsboro.  Sarah had been a previous member of a fitness club, but her past experience had been "hit or miss...a few good weeks of ecercise followed by a few bad weeks."  She selected Snap because the club was small enough where she would not feel lost.  Also, because of her busy schedule, which includes working as a Pharmacy Technician, she wanted the convenience of a gym nearby her home.

Like many members, weight loss and getting fit were Sarah's primary goals when she joinged Snap.  She also had a specific goal of getting to the point where she could successfully complete a 5K run, feeling such an accomplishment would prove to herself that she was getting where she wanted to go in her exercise/fitness program, and with congratulations to Sarah, in the fall of 2015 she reached this milestone!

When Sarah joined Snap one of her first steps was to meet with one of our talented personal trainers, Adam Schanely, for her introductory Fitness Score Session (FSS).  The FSS gave Sarah the baseline she would use to measure her progress.  As a result of her FSS discussion with Adam, Sarah concluded that working with Adam would greatly assist her in achieving her goals and they began working together.  Over the course of six months Sarah continued to learn from working with Adam, making significant progress.  Today Sarah continues to apply what she learned from Adam as she comes to the gym 4 to 5 times per week.

Sarah is very results driven and has significantly reduced both her weight and percent body fat.  The success-to-date has built her self confidence as she will achieve her future goals, we are sure!

Please join us in congratulating Sarah on her selection as our current featured member.  Based on her success, she is a role model for each of us!

Snap Franchise of the year

At Snap Fitness we are all about helping our members get "results" and will give you the support you need to meet your fitness goals.  Each new membership includes a Free Score Session (this gives you a baseline to measure your future progress) and a Free Basic 8 Fitness Session (an orientation to the equipment to get you off to a great start.)  We are committed to your fitness success throughout the year, but especially getting started or re-started.

For our current members, if you have not had a "fitness score session" with one of our talented personal trainers in the past few months please speak with any staff member to schedule this important session.  This fitness score session will give each member a base line to help you increase your probability of success in achieving your goals.  Update your Fitness Score if you have not done so recently.

If you are not currently a member we encourage you to stop by the club for a tour and to accept our offer of a free trial membership to get you started.  Give us a call at 610-385-5555 to set a date and time to visit our club.

Just a reminder about our group exercise classes...

We now have Fitness On Demand available 24/7 for each of our members.  There is a wide variety of video exercise classes that a member can select depending on her or his interests and exercise goals.  Many members are using these exercise videos along with an exercise "buddy" that makes the workout both productive and fun.  We also are planning to add instructor-led group exercise classes (a small per class fee is charged to compensate the instructor) including  a  higher intensity activity, Tabata, and Boot Camps. These group exercise classes are proving popular among our members.
