 Now Snap Fitness Innisfail, offers not only personal trainers on a one to one basis, but also virtual trainers through Fitness On Demand which is a computer generated high definition video on full size projection screen available 24/7. It has over 100 different workouts ranging from step aerobics, core training, spin cylcing, yoga, different dancing classes just to name a few. We offer 24/4 access, NEW equipment, A very CLEAN workout area along with GREAT people in the gym to help your every need! We also have the ability to design nutritrional programs to help you achieve your goals. Make sure to stop in to get a tour and a good feel for our fitness Center. You will be real happy you did!!

 Our great manangement, staff and personal trainers are here to introduce you to all that our gym has to offer.  We have a variety of treadmills, elipticals, lateral machine, free weights, universal system and the Basic 8.  We are featuring the new Ab machine, row machine and Leg press to help you get your results. Also to help you track your daily progress ask about our easyFIT program.  This is an easy way to keep track of your daily exercise on your own web page and easyFIT monitor. This device calculates your activity level and caloric burn. Your personal website allows you to obtain meal plans, set goals and more importantly attain them.  We have a Kiosk right in the gym which allows you to download your easyFIT or customize a program specially for you while you're here.
