Ingredients

❑ 2 Tbs Protein Powder
❑ 2 Tbs Rolled Oats
❑ 1.5 Tbs Natural Cashew Butter
❑ 2 cups Mixed Berries
❑ 1 cup Cold Water
❑ 1 slice of Mixed Grain Bread

 

Directions

Step 1: Add the protein powder, rolled oats, 1/2 tbs of cashew butter, mixed berries, and the water to a high powered blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Meanwhile, toast the bread. Spread with the remaining 1 tbs of cashew butter.

Step 4: Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, then enjoy with a side of creamy nut butter toast.
