I have always loved fitness and exercise, from the time I was young and playing basketball. I looked up to people in the fitness industry. I knew to achieve my goals I needed to put in more effort and work. I started by watching videos on YouTube. I researched workouts online. I did things by trial and error. I started with bodyweight training and reached the point where I needed weight training. Luckily one of my friends had a membership to Snap Fitness. I got my own membership and got to where I am today. I have gained about 30 pounds in muscle from doing weight training at Snap Fitness and changing my diet. It has changed my life.
