Alyssa B. started working at her local Snap Fitness as a part-time manager seven years ago. Now as the manager of eight gyms in Minnesota, she says she loved it so much, she never left.
“It’s great working in an industry where you are helping people out,” Alyssa said. “I have a lot of fun at my gyms and I love seeing and talking with all the members.”
Going from managing one gym to eight is no easy adjustment, but Alyssa says she was able to take it all in stride thanks to help from the Corporate team.
“Corporate is very helpful,” she said. “I like that they are able to assist you in any area of the business and really guide you through anything.”
Alyssa and her team plan to expand and update their clubs each year. She says they owe much of their success to finding great managers for their clubs.
“It’s really all about customer service,” she said. “We make sure we have managers that are right for the job and that truly care about our members.”
While the growth and expansion has been exciting for Alyssa, she says the real reward comes from seeing members’ success.
“Seeing the members’ results, I feel like I’ve helped the members-even if I only signed them up,” she said. “I love it! I don’t plan on going anywhere else, Snap Fitness treats you great.”
