Inside Our Annual Summit 2026

Three days. One network. For The Feeling.

Once a year, the Snap Fitness APAC network stops, comes together, and takes stock of where it's been and where it's going. That's Summit. Three days of education, inspiration, trade exhibition, social events, and an Awards Evening, all under one roof.

This year, The Star Gold Coast hosted hundreds of Franchisees, Club Managers, Area Managers, Personal Trainers, Suppliers and partners from across the region. And if you want to understand what it looks like to be part of this network, Summit is probably the clearest picture you'll find.

A Support Office that shows up

The program wasn't filler. Sessions covered Local Area Marketing, the Digital Roadmap, Modernisation Blueprint, Foundations For The Future, and HR, Compliance and Finance. The kind of content that tells you the people running this network are thinking about the same things you are as a business owner.

New Zealand had its own dedicated sessions too. A focused conversation for NZ Franchisees, covering the things that matter most to the NZ market.

Speakers who made the room think

Sir Richie McCaw, Amanda Stevens and Alisa Camplin each took the stage and delivered something worth carrying home. Not motivational noise. Thinking that challenged, elevated the conversation, and left everyone with something real for their businesses.

More than a conference

Beach Games at Kurrawa, a night at Movie World, the launch of Club of Origin, and a Gala Awards Dinner recognising the Franchisees who've been quietly building something great, including those hitting ten years in the network. The sessions were incredible. The conversations between them even more so.

Having LIVIN and I Am Hope alongside as charity partners was a reminder that community and wellbeing aren't just member values. They run through this network too.
