Classes
- Boxing
Firstly you'll learn the fundamentals of boxing eg. stance, punch technique and correct pad holding, then you'll be paired up with a partner and complete combinations and also incorporate exercises to achieve high calorie burning fitness workout.
- Bootcamp
Is more of a freestyle class incorporating numerous forms of training/training styles such as strength training, circuit training, functional training. Still a HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training) style session.
