You can find our Group Fitness Classes taking place on the Red Sled Track in the Functional Training Space at the rear of the gym (below)

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the class is due to start to allow
Time to get changed if needed
Time to store your belongings
Time to stretch/ warm up
For Group Fitness You Will Need;
A gym towel
Enclosed runners/trainers that fit your feet well
Light and comfortable gym clothes (not too tight, not too loose, breathable material)
Water Bottle
