Tuesday 5:15 pm - Total Body

 

Wednesday 12:15 pm - Upper Body Blast

Thursday 12:15 pm - Full Body Blast

 

Friday 6:30 am - HIIT

We take pride in running effective group training sessions Monday - Thursday, and with an intention to expand our class timetable, we look to cater for members who require group training at various times of the day with a focus on lunch time. Stay updated on our social media profiles!

Our Group Training consists of HIIT and Functional Training sessions to push you beyond your perceived physical limits with encouragement, motivation and care. 

All classes are 30 - 45 minutes and are perfect for a quick trip out of the office to get your midday workout done and dusted!
