GROUP TRAINING

We take pride in running effective group training sessions Monday - Friday, with a expanding class timetable we look to cater for members who require group training at various times of the day. In 2019 keep updated on our social media profiles so you can stay in the loop :)

HIIT and Boxing is run by the legendary John Lethal who designs all the workouts , John is always taking into consideration the vast differences in our member's fitness levels to ensure that every person is getting the most effective 45 minute workout possible.

Spin is run by the lovely Bridget who has been running Spin classes for a considerable amount of time here at Snap, Bridgett will push you beyond your perceived physical limits with encouragement, motivation and care. Bridget also experiences the session first hand with you as she will be riding with you every spin of the wheel. All spin classes are 30 minutes and are perfect for a quick trip out of the office to get your midday workout done and dusted :)
