Welcome to the new Pacific Pines Snap Fitness website.

We are located at Shop P01, Stocklands Pacific Pines, Corner of Pacific Pines Boulevard and Hotham Drive, Pacific Pines, QLD. Our opening hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for yourconvenience.

In addition to the world class facilities is a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated to ensure you reach your fitness goals. Group Fitness classes and outdoor bootcamps are also available. Pacific Pines Snap Fitness really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age.


Classes

  •  ENGAGE/CORE - A solid core workout incorporating balance, endurance and stability
  •  H.I.I.T - An action packed Class to keep your heart rate at maximum
  •  DEFINE - Starting with Zumba warm up,building up to a Body Weight circuit and finishing off with abs, stretch and pilates moves
  •  METCON - Short for metabolic conditioning, this devil is a few exercises repeated AMARAP (as many reps as  possible) - Xfit style 
  •  BOOTCAMP - Our very own Commando style training with an intense full body work out to build strength and stamina
  •  BOXING - A fun group class teaching you simple boxing techniques while giving you a great workout
  •  FULL BODY BLITZ - A weight training class designed to build muscle and burn fat while teaching you the right technique to lift  weights
  •  FITCHICKS - Fit Chicks Friday! This is a fun tabata style circuit followed by "brazilliam Bum" workout finishing with Abs and a  good stretch..... BOYS welcome :)  
  •  WORK THA BAR - A weight training class using weighted bar to tone and sculpt your body 
  •  PLYO INTENSE - This is a 30 minute high intensity Plyometric class the "ultimate" fat burner, jumping squats, box jumps, burpeeeeeeeeees and much more!!!

Group Fitness - Here at Snap Fitness Pacific Pines we offer FREE group training with our experienced Personal Trainers, these classes are run in our functional training room or in our outdoor areas. Please call the club for more details
