Welcome to the Morningside Snap Fitness website.

We are located at Shop 10, Colmslie Plaza, Junction Road, Morningside, QLD. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all for your convenience!

In addition to our world class facilities, we have a fantastic team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated whilst ensuring you reach your fitness goals.

Returning members please read and abide by the following rules:

Your health is our top priority during the Coronavirus pandemic. We are committed to ensuring you are training in the cleanest and safest place possible. 

All our staff have completed the Federal Government's COVID-19 training and ensure the club is continually cleaned and sanitised to stop the spread of Coronavirus.

Throughout the club we have antibacterial spray and hand sanitiser available and our club is professionally cleaned frequently to ensure there is no risk to our members.

 

Our clubs Stage 3 Coronavirus restrictions in QLD are as follows:

- 90 Max capacity
- No booking System
- 24/7 reciprocal access 
- Showers, toilets and change bays are operational 
- All members must abide by the 1.5m social distancing rules
- All equipment should be wiped before and after each use
- Members are asked to sanitise or wash their hands upon entry and exit of the club
- Members must use a towel at all times
- Members should bring in a water bottle as our water fountain is only a fill station

Group Fitness Classes

 

HIIT:

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods to help melt that fat off.

ABT - a 30 minute workout designed to target abs, butt & thighs with high intensity circuits

TABATA - Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

All of our classes are run by Fitness Professionals and are no extra cost to Snap Fitness Morningside members.
