Here's What Your First Day Will Look Like

Good news - your first day is actually much simpler than you think.
Here's Your Exact First Day Plan (30-35 minutes):
1. Swipe In & Get Settled (2 minutes)
Use your access card at the front door
Pop your bag in a pigeon holes.
Take a breath - you've already done the hardest part (showing up!)
2. Start with Cardio (10-15 minutes)
Hop on a treadmill, bike, or cross-trainer
Go at a pace where you can still hold a conversation
This warms up your body and eases you into the gym environment
3. Hit 3-4 Weight Machines (15 minutes)
Try the leg press, chest press, lat pulldown, and shoulder press
Each machine has simple instructions right on it
Start light - you're learning, not competing.
3 x Sets with 12 repetitions on each.
4. Stretch & You're Done (5 minutes)
Use our stretching area to cool down
Pat yourself on the back - you just completed your first workout!
That's it. No complicated routines. No confusion. Just a simple, effective first session.
The best part? After a few visits, this will feel as natural as brushing your teeth.
