Over 50's program

Warm up - any cardio [5min] Seated Row - 3 x 10 Chest Press - 3 x 10 Lat Pull Down - 3 x 10 Kettle Bell Swings - 3 x 10 TRX Rows - 3 x 10 Leg Press - 3 x 10 Rest for 45-60 sec after each set.
