Forget resolutions - in 2026
Here’s a better way to train this year
Every year it’s the same story.
People make big fitness resolutions in January…
Go all-in for a few weeks…
Then disappear by March.
Not because they’re lazy — but because resolutions rely on motivation, and motivation always runs out.
Here’s a better way to train this year:
Stop trying to “start fresh.”
Start building something you can actually maintain.
At the gym, the members who get the best results don’t:
Train harder.
Train longer.
Or punish themselves for missing a session or two.
They do three simple things consistently.
1. They focus on routine, not intensity:
Two to three well-planned sessions per week beats random hard workouts every time.
2. They train with a purpose:
Every session has a reason — strength, cardio, mobility, or recovery — not just “doing something hard.”
3. They adjust instead of quitting
Busy week? Lower the bar. Show up anyway. Momentum beats perfection. If you miss a session, it doesn't mean the week is ruined. Start again tomorrow.
That’s exactly how we approach training here.
If your routine slipped over the festive season, that’s normal.
There’s no need to “make up for it” or start from zero.
The goal right now is simple:
👉 Get back into a rhythm that works for your life.
If you’d like help:
Updating your program
Rebuilding a realistic weekly schedule
Or just checking that you’re on the right track
Just reply to this email or chat to one of the team when you’re in.
No pressure. No resolutions.
Just smart training that actually lasts.

P.S. The best training plan isn’t the hardest one, it’s the one you’ll still be doing in 6 months.
