At Snap Fitness Kensington we pride ourselves on our friendly and open community, where all walks of life can train together and get the most out of their gym time.

MEMBERSHIP

In addition to our MONTH-TO-MONTH membership system and our world class facilities we have an amazing personable team of staff to look after you including a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated and to ensure you reach your health and fitness goals. Our PTs cater to everyone from the most elite of athletes to those just starting out. The personal training team can tailor a workout and dietry plan specifically for you and your health and fitness goals. 

Coming back from injury or surgery? Our team can help you in conjuction with your other health practitioners to boost your rehab and get you back on your feet!

FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT

Snap Fitness Kensington boasts over 35 pieces of cardio equipment (Treadmills, steppers, cross trainers), an extensive range of pin loaded, free weights and cable machines, a power lifting room with 2 platforms and we also offer over 26 group fitness classes per week including: Functional Strength training, Tabata, Stretch & Core, Boxing, Cycle, Zumba, Step and more!

Group Fitness classes are also available for free with your membership. Kensington Snap Fitness really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age.

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.

All classes are free for all Snap Fitness members - just go to the correct studio 5 minutes before class start time and enjoy! 

Group fitness studio is available to members outside of class times.  Generally all classes run to the times shown, but in the event that a class overruns slightly, please respect the instructor and allow them to finish their class before using the group fitness studio for your own training. 

Please note that some classes will be off for the Xmas period, we will keep you posted so look out for any updates! 

VICIOUS CYCLE Known as the ultimate cardio workout and calorie burner it’s a great way to tone and strengthen your legs, butt and core! You can set your own workout intensity by changing the resistance on your personal bike while being guided by a cycle professional. 

HIIT/abs/cycle

High intensity interval training on the bike combined with core strengthening exercises. This Tabata style class will have you moving from the bike to the mat and back again for 4 rounds. Designed to keep your heart rate elevated with a focus on core strength to really test your limits. Try this exciting new class today.

STEP Just like in the 80’s and 90’s. Aerobic and dance moves performed on step platforms of varying height to cater for your fitness level. It’s a great cardio and mental workout!

ZUMBA™ The Dance phenomenon that’s sweeping the world by storm. Combines dance and aerobic moves to the best dance beats your ears will ever hear. You’ve seen it on TV now experience it for yourself.

HI-LO A high energy, low impact class which combines aerobic and dance moves. (no step platform)

AERO-STEP It's step, but with 70% of the moves freestyle on the floor and 30% around the step

MULTI-STEP Intermediate to advanced stepping on multiple platforms arranged in various layouts

STEP-IN 

ZUMBA STEP Combining Zumba and Step in a unique and challenging class!

YOGA A mixture of different kinds of yoga the instructor is trained in all kinds and happy to adapt to the class’s preference.

TABATA A 45 minute Japanese interval based training class using bodyweight and light weights - great fat burner! 

BOXING 45 mins boxing fun with PT Oscar, a fantastic way to raise the heart rate and take out some stress on the bags!

KICKBOXING 45 Min kickboxing class with Ali - a great cardio workout whilst picking up some new skills at the same time

FULL BODY BLAST A full body circuit style workout using light weights and body weight exercises to torch that fat!
