We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are equipped with all of the necessary state-of-the art fitness equipment and we work very hard to make this gym a clean, energetic and comfortable place to train.

    30 minute and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs (A.B.T)

    Get Ready to work! Abs, Butt and Thighs is an exciting fitness class that focuses on those areas!!

  • Fit Box

    Blast your way to fitness with your friends and have fun at the same time. This class combines boxing and exercise. high energy and lots of fun for all fitness levels

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.

  • Circuit

    This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • H.I.I.T

    High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast

  • Boxing
  • A cardiovascular activity that will work out your upper body.
