SNAP FITNESS BUDERIM GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Correct Lifting Techniques: (45 mins) A small group of members focusing on functional movement patterns and muscle engagement. A great class for anyone wanting to prevent injuries and increase ability in strength training. 

HIIT Circuit: (45 mins) If you're looking to burn calories, lose body fat and gain muscle, this workout is guaranteed to elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling pumped!

Boxfit: (45 mins) Fun, combination of Boxing and cardio based exercises aimed at improving overall fitness.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Bootcamp: (45 mins) A combination of free weight resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and endurance. You are only competing with yourself. 

Stretch & Mobility: (30 mins) Gentle mobility, stretching and band/ball work that will help strengthen your core and keep you balanced.
