When you join Snap Fitness Browns Plains, you also receive complimentary access to the extensive network of Snap Fitness gyms throughout Australia (and even internationally!)... So no matter where you travel, you can stop in for a workout.

The club has a large cardio theatre with treadmills, x-trainers, bikes and rowers.  All cardio equipment has their own personal touch screen TV allowing you to watch your favourite TV shows while you exercise!

We have an extensive range of pin and plate loaded Matrix strength equipment, and our touch screen operated Fitness on Demand system means you can enjoy any group fitness class whenever YOU please - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - work out whenever it’s convenient for you! We also offer live fitness classes included in your membership (run by our PT’s) which cover boxing, pump, circuit training, abs and spin!

The club is unique in that we offer a full extensive range of free weights including dumbbells up to 54kg, ezy and straight bar up to 37.5kg, bench press, Olympic bars, cable and Smith machines and 2x squat racks with integrated dead lift platforms.

We also have a body function/stretch room that consists of kettlebells, skipping ropes, plyo boxes, swiss balls, dyna bands and more!

If you need a little extra help achieving your fitness goals, or don't really know where to start - then book in with one of our certified Personal Trainers.  Our trainers can design a personal program tailored to your individual fitness requirements, with one-on-one training sessions to help fast track your results.

Membership is an affordable $15.95/week, debited fortnightly from your nominated account, best of all it's month to month, simply give 30 days’ notice without any penalty.

  • Abs Blast

Smash your Abs, Butt & Thighs in this full on 30min session

  • Yoga 

Suitable for all ages. 1 hour classes. 

  • Variation Training

    Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility training.

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.

  • Boxing

    A cardiovascular activity that will work out your upper body. 

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs (A.B.T)

    Get Ready to work! Abs, Butt and Thighs is an exciting fitness class that focuses on those areas!!

  • Circuit

    This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • H.I.I.T

    High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast

*CIRCUIT (30min) – Monday’s 6:30am

A circuit training class that is ideal for developing all round fitness. Straight forward aerobic and resistance exercises are performed at a series of workstations, creating a fun and challenging workout that is different every time.

 

*TABATA (30min) – Monday’s 6:00pm 

Tabata provides short rest periods after high intensity intervals. Join us for this heart raising, sweat-tastic class. Burn maximum calories in minimum time with this 30 minute Tabata workout.

 

*BOXING (30min) – Tuesday’s 6:00pm & Thursday’s 5:30pm

Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina.

*(Some of our boxing classes supply boxing gloves.)

 

*AB BLAST (30min) – Thursday’s 6:00pm

Focusing purely on strengthening your abs. A combination of strength enhancing, and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas. This class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results

 

*YOGA (60min) – Saturday’s 8:00am

Yoga improves your balance, strength and flexibility while easing stress and anxiety levels. A must in any fitness regime

 

*HIIT CLASS (30min) – Wednesday's 5:30pm

A 30 minutes of high intensity interval training designed to torch fat, increase muscular endurance & cardiovascular fitness in the shortest amount of time possible. A mixture of body weight & resistance exercises to maximize energy expenditure.

 

*ABS,BOOTY & THIGHS  Thursday's 6:00pm

30 minutes of lower body exercises. Focusing mainly on your core,glutes and thighs using booty bands and more exercise bands to get the ultimate burn and help tone.
