Yoga
This yoga class focuses on relaxing your body and eliminating the stress in your life. Set yourself up for success this week in a peaceful environment!
HIIT
This 30 minute class will be High in energy, incorporating ropes, slams, jumps. But it will also aim to build your strength through a mixture of strength exercises
Core
Build your abs in this class. It will consist of a lot of mat work including crunches, planks, leg raises and some light equipment. Its going to hurt to sneeze after this class!
Strength
Build total-body strength in this dynamic class led by Immy. Expect a mix of functional strength movements, core-focused exercises, and energising sets designed to leave you feeling strong!
