This yoga class focuses on relaxing your body and eliminating the stress in your life. Set yourself up for success this week in a peaceful environment!
HIIT
Try this HIIT workout class that utilizes barbells, weighted plates, an aerobic step, and bodyweight exercises to improve strength, and build lean muscle.
Strength
Challenge yourself with this high-intensity Bootcamp class with rotating stations in our functional area. Stations may include ab circuits, agility exercises, and strength training.
Pilates
A modality of exercise that works on building core strength through a specific breathing technique and stretching.
Lower Body
This group class focuses on building strength and toning the lower part of the body, including legs, abs and glutes. It is mostly a low impact class using lower weight equipment such as dumbbells.
Core & Stretch
Focusing on these two areas, a class that will work the core muscles and offer a full body stretch.
