Yoghurt with Grapefruit and Buckinis

Did we mean bikinis? Nope, we meant BUCKINIS! This is a brekkie your going to want to try!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
  • 10 tbsp Buckinis
  • 7 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 medium Grapefruit
  • 1 tsp Honey

METHOD

Step 1

Spoon yoghurt into a serving bowl.

Step 2

Top with grapefruit, peeled and separated into segments.

Step 3

Garnish with buckinis, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey if desired, and enjoy.
