Tuna, Lemon and Avocado Salad

Who doesn't love a great tuna and avo salad!
INGREDIENTS
- 340 g Canned Tuna in Springwater
- 3⅓ cup Four Bean Mix
- ⅔ medium Avocado
- 20 whole Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ medium Red Onion
- 1 medium Cucumber
- ½ whole Lemon
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 serve Salt and Pepper
METHOD
Step 1
Start by slicing the vegetables.
Step 2
In a large salad bowl, combine the cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, drained tuna, drained beans, and the cilantro.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine 2 tbsp lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the top of the salad.
Step 4
Toss to combine and serve!
