Rice Cakes with Macadamia Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 thick Multigrain Rice Cakes
  • 3 tsp Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Raspberries

METHOD

Step 1

Place the macadamias, water, maple syrup and nutmeg into a food processor, and process until smooth.

Step 2

Spread the macadamia cream onto the rice cakes, then top with raspberries and dig in!
