- 300 g Cooked and Peeled Prawns
- ½ medium Avocado
- 4 cup Spinach
- 1 medium Mango
- 2 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 360 g Cooked Wholemeal Pasta
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, then set to the side.
Take the avocado mango and dice into small chunks.
In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chilli sauce, coconut milk, and lime juice.
Take two large bowls, and divide all of the ingredients evenly between them. Toss to combine.
Finish with a drizzle of dressing, then dig in!
