- 3 tsp Crushed Walnuts
- 1 regular Kiwi Fruit
- ½ cup Berries (Raspberries, Strawberries or Blueberries)
- 1 cup Sliced Banana
Start by dicing the banana, and then freezing it for at least 5 hours.
Add the frozen banana to a food processor, and process until smooth and creamy.
Dice the kiwi fruit.
Get a small glass, and layer the kiwi fruit, berries, crushed walnuts, and nice cream, alternating as you go until you use up all the ingredients.
Finish with a sprinkle of crushed walnuts, then dig in!
