Mixed Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Linseeds
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 3 tsp Crushed Macadamias
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 cup Mixed Berries

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.

Step 2

Mix together the linseed meal and hot water. Allow to sit and thicken.

Step 3

Add the rolled oats, chia seeds and macadamias to a large bowl and mix well to combine.

Step 4

Add the flax-egg and maple syrup to the bowl and fold in, ensuring that all the ingredients are well coated.

Step 5

Line a baking tray, then spread the mixture evenly over the tray.

Step 6

Place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until turning golden. Shake half way through to ensure that it cooks evenly.

Step 7

Once cooked, divide into 3 serves and enjoy mixed with a cup of berries.
