Mediterranean Roast Chicken Wrap

Chicken wrap like no other!

INGREDIENTS

  • 320 g Roast Chicken
  • 4 whole Wholemeal Wrap
  • 1⅓ medium Avocado
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • ½ medium Red Onion
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 2 wedge Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

METHOD

Step 1

Place a frypan over low heat and add the wholemeal wraps for 1-2 minutes to lightly toast.

Step 2

Slice the avocado, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Finely chop the kale.

Step 3

Place the roast chicken, avocado and salad vegetables in the centre of your wrap, and top with a dollop of reduced fat mayonnaise.

Step 4

Squeeze lemon juice over the top, fold and enjoy!

Step 5

*Roast chicken can be purchased from most supermarkets. This is a quick and easy protein option. Remove skin to decrease saturated fat intake.
