Healthy Veg Loaded Pizza
- 260 g Pork Mince
- 70 g Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- ½ medium Capsicum
- 1 medium Onion
- ½ cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 medium Tomato
- 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1 serve Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 3 whole Wholemeal, Rye or Grain Based Wrap
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
Take the mountainbreads and place on pizza stones, or on a wire oven rack.
Use the back of a spoon to spread the pizza sauce over the mountainbreads.
Meanwhile, place a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add the pork mince, with the smoked paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 8 minutes or until cooked thorugh, then remove from the heat and sprinkle over the pizza.
Finish by crumbling the feta cheese over the pizzas, then pop them in the oven.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are beginning to brown.
Remove from the oven, slice into pieces, and dig in!
