Cheese on Crackers with a Twist

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 whole Brown Rice Crackers
  • 25 g Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
  • 1 small Green Apple
  • 2 tsp Honey

METHOD

Step 1

Take the crackers and spread with feta cheese.

Step 2

Slice the apple into 10 thins slices, then top each cracker with a slice of apple.

Step 3

Finish with a small drizzle of honey, then dig in!
