Baked Quinoa

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 tbsp Quinoa Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Flaked Almonds
  • 4 square 85% Dark Chocolate
  • 4 small Green Apple

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F, and line a tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Slice the green apples very finely.

Step 3

Lay the apple slices over the baking tray, then place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with quinoa flakes and flaked almonds. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, until the apples are dried and the quinoa and almonds are golden.

Step 5

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Step 6

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a small bowl, then drizzle over top of the baked quinoa.

Step 7

Allow to set, then divide into 4 serves and dig in!
