We are a gym focused on all of our member’s goals and progress. Snap Fitness Rockhampton is for everyone - from people just beginning their health and fitness journey to more experienced individuals who are ready to continue and improve their fitness abilities. Everyone who signs up with Snap Fitness is provided with a personalised program and guidance from our trainers to achieve their goals.

Enjoy meeting new people in a friendly environment while getting an awesome work out with our Group Fitness Classes free for all members. Please see our Group Fitness Timetable for our wide range of classes available for all fitness levels!

We also offer affordable one on one sessions with our experienced Personal Trainers or small group sessions (if you prefer training with a friend or partner) for fast results!

Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.

High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast

An all over strength and conditioning work9out, mainly focused on endurance and inner strength. Suspension training, kettlebells, resistance bands and much more
