Boot Camp 101

Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.

CARDIO STEP BLAST

combination of everything! Creative strength training

moves using weights, Resist-a-Balls, and tubing only

Enjoy learning new ways to make the most of your circuit workout.  The goal in this class is to show you new moves to do on the boards using, weights, bands and tubing as well as making sure you’re using the machines with correct form *All fitness levels

CLASS SAMPLER

Here’s a chance to try a bunch of ‘em!  This class will

combine 3 different formats in one class each week.  So

you could be doing Kickboxing, Cycling and Pilates class one

week OR Toning, Step and Cycling the next!  The class will

rotate Pilates, Cycling, Step, Toning and Kickboxing.  This

is a great class for beginners and members who want to

give group fitness a try.  *Beginner Levels

CYCLING

A great lower body workout!  Using the cycling bikes, you’ll tone your legs, thighs and gluts!  Jump on, and enjoy the ride.  *All fitness levels

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?

With the Express Fitness program from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve the results you want through personalized instruction and shorter sessions to help you get in, get motivated and get out in a flash!

Start on your own with a quick warm up. Then, your Fit Pro will take you through a strength training routine specifically developed to reach your precise fitness goals. Most Express Fitness packages consist of two sessions per week for 12 weeks, giving you flexibility in your exercise schedule.

Fitness Coaching

Hard Core

Looking to flatten your abs? Build a stronger back, improve balance, and get greater overall strength?

With the Hard Core group training package from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve your goals through small group sessions that help you strengthen, tone and define your midsection.

Start with a quick tutorial from your Fit Pro to understand the importance of strengthening your core to improve your overall fitness. Next, push yourself through a power-building core workout. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down, stretch and discuss additional exercises to help improve posture and relieve back pain and stress.

Hard Core is offered in 6 and 12 week sessions, with the average program taking place 2-3 times each week for around 25-50 minutes per day.

Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.

We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recovery quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

PILATES

Pilates (pronounced pih-lah-teez) is a mind-body connection/awareness practice.  

The purpose of Pilates is to build “core” strength and help improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility, and breathing.  Pilates will benefit every type of workout you do!

step choreography and strength training combined together

TONING

This class is designed to increase muscular strength and

endurance using the body’s own resistance, hand weights,

This class moves slowly, breaking down poses and working on proper body alignment and breathing techniques.

YOGA BAND & BALLS

This class is focused on the first time student. The instructor demonstrates with a slow pace using extensive description and      commentary to accompany the stretching and balancing postures.                                     Bands and balls are added for a completely comprehensive and fullbody workout.
