My mission is to share my passion about health, fitness, nutrition and self defense. My goal is to help my clients achieve success in reaching their own goals and finding new and fun ways to incorporate fitness into their lifestyle.

Education and Certifications:

I am certified through AFAA as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and cardio kickboxing instructor. I have been training in the martial art of Ed Parker's American Kenpo for over 10 years. I have taken classes at Diablo Valley College in Sports Nutrition and Optimizing the Principles of Human Performance. I am CPR and AED certified as well.

Experience:

I have been personal training since 2003. I have been teaching cardio kickboxing since 2006. I have taught various martial arts classes since 2004, including Girl Scouts, after school enrichment classes and self defense for women going off to college.

I played softball in high school and have been chasing around 3 of my own athletes for the last 19 years. I am a soccer, baseball, lacrosse mom by night and personal torture specialist by day.

Interests:


My interests include but are not limited to: cooking, consuming small but quality pieces of dark chocolate, beating my kids on the Kinect video game system, martial arts, long runs on the beach and romantic farmer's market walks with my husband. I also enjoy training backwards on ellipticals while reading up on my crush, Johnny Depp.

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?

With the Express Fitness program from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve the results you want through personalized instruction and shorter sessions to help you get in, get motivated and get out in a flash!

Start on your own with a quick warm up. Then, your Fit Pro will take you through a strength training routine specifically developed to reach your precise fitness goals. Next you'll get your heart pumping with a specific cardio routine designed for maximum calorie burning. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down and stretch and you're on your way in less than an hour.

Most Express Fitness packages consist of two sessions per week for 12 weeks, giving you flexibility in your exercise schedule.
