ABOUT ME
I have always been interested in Fitness, especially due to my love and active participation in sports growing up. I regularly participated in Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball and Tennis events in college. After graduating college, I took up Mixed Martial Arts training, particularly Kickboxing, Kenpo Karate, Judo, and some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Having the experience of these competitive competitions has taught me the kind of drive and determination required to obtain results. I have significant experience in Rehabilitation and Prevention exercise programs which I have implemented across various groups, including High School and Collegiate athletes. I am NOT the “Miracle Pill.” I am NOT the most recent P90X or Insanity spin-off, and I am most definitely NOT the Shake Weight. I AM Knowledge, Experience, and RESULTS! I will be at your side from beginning to end, pushing you towards your goals and to new levels of fitness that you may have thought were unattainable.
EXERCISE PHILOSOPHY
Science has shown through various research studies that exercise / physical activity has a tremendous impact on a person’s spiritual and mental health. Exercise has also shown positive research to help combat or even prevent many physical and neurological diseases. Through hard work, dedication and perseverance, any fitness goal can be accomplished, whether you are a beginner or fitness professional. The fact that I can share my knowledge and experiences with others to help them achieve their fitness goals is personally one of the most rewarding feelings I could ask for. In a nutshell, “What we do now today can make a difference, so ACT WELL!”
TRAINING STYLE
As a Personal Trainer, I am 100% committed to helping you reach the fitness goals that you have set for yourself. Exercise is work; rewarding work, but work nevertheless. I believe that a workout should be physically challenging, but also fun. I like to vary training styles and focus from workout to workout to allow variety and to keep the body progressing. Each workout is custom designed and tailored for each individual, so you always have a new workout and challenge. I believe that the effort put in by a client and their trainer is directly related to the results achieved, and no matter how big or small your fitness goals may be, YOUR success is my primary motivation, and I will never give any less than 100% of my best effort to help you succeed!
