I am excited to be the owner of the two clubs in Escondido and Vista. We have had many people join and work toward their fitness goals in a convenient and non-competitive environment. My best moments at Snap fitness is when a member shares with me there success, for example, "I lost 35 pounds!" or "my asthma is so much better since I started to workout." I hope you join our neighborhood 24 hour club, where every member is important to us.

Jessie

Jessie joined Snap for the convenience to her house and that as a member she can work out anytime due to the 24 hour access. Having 8 kids she is looking for some "me" time, so she works out early in the morning and in the evenings. Her goals are to surprise her husband when he returns from Africa and to stay healthy for her children. So far she has lost 10 pounds.

Congratulations Jessie on all your hard work. Thanks for being a member of our gym.

Ted

We would like toacknowledge Ted as our March Member of the month. He was our firstmember who completed our Workout Adventure and he could have completed it twice. He has lost close to 15 pounds and has used the workout cards to help him on his journey. Ted enjoys the convenience of Snap Fitness to his house. We congratulate Ted for hisaccomplishments and look forward to watching him reach his personal fitnessgoals.

Faith and Jason became SNAP FITNESS charter members at our Grand Opening on Saturday, July 28th. They are Vista natives who chose SNAP FITNESS, because of its convenience. The location is close to their home. Snap is a real improvement for their life--no longer having to drive miles to get a workout.

Lilly & Jim

Lilly & Jim

It’s not very often that people get excited to have their cholesterol tested, but Lilly, Snap Fitness Vista member since Jan, 2008 is thrilled to see that her commitment to get on a regular exercise program has paid off.

Lilly had battled with family history of high cholesterol for a while when her and her husband, Jim paid a visit to Snap Fitness and decided it was time for a change.

Change they did! They now make exercise regularly commitment. Because of the regular exercise program and healthy diet Lilly’s LDL (“bad”) cholesterol started improving. She stuck with it and on September 5^th she was delighted to announce to Kim, Fitness Director that she now has a Normal Cholesterol score.

Lilly’s husband is also seeing the benefits of a regular and consistent exercise program. Jim has been able to keep his family history of high risk weight at bay with exercise, healthy eating and a bit of encouragement from his wife.

CONGRATULATIONS Lilly & Jim for your healthy lifestyle and years of happiness being married!
