Therapeutic massage therapist, passionate about the healing arts and promoting well being.  She studied extensively and graduated with honors from the Institute of Therapuetic Massage in Pompton Lakes, NJ.  Lynda is officially trained in Swedish, Medical , Preganancy and Chair masage,  reflexology and Applied Energy Techniques.  Her qualifications also include CPR cerfication and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage professionals and the holistic Mentorship Network of Sussex County, NJ.  Lynda is dedicated to her practice and committed to being mindful and supportive to each client to help achieve optimum health, balance, and wellbeing.
