Five targeted workouts for your trouble areas

Looking to give a little extra attention to your favorite body parts? With your FREE Online Training Center available through your Personal Web Page, you can select from over 40 specialized workout plans. These plans give you a variety of exercises. Try something new! And, 3D animated videos teach you proper form and help you avoid common mistakes. Then you can print the workout or download it to your mobile device to have handy at the club.
