The Ultimate Workout
The Ultimate Workout! Burn up to 1000 calories with our specialized shared personal training programs. Boot Camp meets Cross Fitness training. Designed for any level of fitness, we have police officers, border patrol agents, teachers, fire fighters, and stay at home moms doing these fantastic programs. We have had over 20 people lose over 100lbs, and ober 60 people lose over 60 lbs on these programs. We have several TRX finalists that have finished the TRX 40 competition. We have over a dozen people that are in the 80 push-up club! And we have the top 10 finalists from the nationwide Be a Big Loser Contest!
Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.
Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.
Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.
